South Africa’s Capetown received another beautiful addition to its landscape when Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects swooped in and built Victoria 73. Set on a spur of land between Bantry Beach and Clifton, the home is smooth, contemporary, elegant and luxurious.
It’s also built to embrace the outdoors. Greenery surrounds the back and sides of the residence and the front is set against the ocean in a way that sometimes feels like the entire home is floating on the water.
Antoni Associates took control of the seaside villa’s interior, which boasts wood floors and detailing along with white walls and furniture sprinkled with black and red furniture. The home also features occasional red color blocks and classic sculptures set against contemporary art that blurs the lines between fine art and the street.
