Casa De La Flora, a swanky new resort, recently opened on Khao Lak beach which is one hour from Phuket.The hotel has a minimalist chic design from the front of cascading water that greets you at the reception to the grand central infinity pool.  The resort has 36 contemporary villas which come in eight categories. For proximity to the beach, book the beachfront villas that come with a private outdoor area, infinity pool and a small garden. For astounding ocean views, book the elevated Casa Pool Suite and the Presidential Suite that come with outdoor private pools. The resort even offers the services of a Dream Maker whose job is to make sure you have everything you need from romantic dinners to other bespoke experiences.  The hotel also incorporates eco-friendly initiatives such as chemical-free pools, water recycling and the use of recycled paper and aluminium furniture.  Other amenities include La Aranya, a restaurant that serves Thai and International fare, a business centre, a gym and a spa.
