Popbar is the lovely little popsicle shop in NY. The extra fun part is they're totally customizable. It's tough to choose with gelato flavors such as mint, banana and coconut and sorbet like blood orange, mandarin and grapefruit. You can also eat them guilt free because these artisan pops are made daily with real fruit, no preservatives or artificial flavorings. I'm thinking coffee gelato with hazelnut poppings and chocolate drippings sounds pretty amazing right about now!
