The Joc house in Johannesburg, South Africa was designed by Rudolph van der Meulen of Nico van der Meulen Architects for a mature couple on a 10 000 sq.m parcel of land on a northern slope overlooking a private game reserve. The total covered area is nearly 900 sq.m.
